Smart Trailer Buyer provides educational resources for first-time travel trailer buyers. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.

Information you choose to provide

You can download the free checklist without providing personal information. If you use the optional Google form to receive it by email, email us, or request a Trailer Shortlist Review, you may provide your name, email address, vehicle or trailer details, buying timeline, and questions. Google Forms is also subject to Google's privacy practices.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver requested resources, respond to questions, improve buyer education, and send occasional buyer tips only when you choose that option. Smart Trailer Buyer does not sell personal information.

Website and campaign measurement

The website may collect limited usage and campaign information, such as pages viewed, buttons selected, referral source, and UTM campaign tags, to understand which resources help buyers. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, vehicle identifiers, or form answers. Browser settings and analytics-provider controls may provide additional choices.

Payments

When paid checkout is available, payment information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored on Smart Trailer Buyer's website. Smart Trailer Buyer may receive transaction details needed to confirm payment, deliver the service, issue a receipt, or process a refund.

Service providers and links

The site may link to Google Forms, Google Drive, social networks, email providers, analytics providers, and payment processors. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or unsubscribe from marketing email, by contacting smarttrailerbuyer@gmail.com.

Updates

This policy may be updated as the business adds email delivery, analytics, or payment tools. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
