Educational information only

Smart Trailer Buyer provides general educational tools and opinions. It does not provide engineering, legal, financial, mechanical, inspection, or safety certification services. Always verify tow ratings, payload, trailer specifications, condition, pricing, laws, and safety requirements with manufacturers and qualified professionals.

Your decisions

You remain responsible for vehicle, trailer, financing, inspection, maintenance, and travel decisions. No checklist or review can account for every vehicle configuration, modification, loading condition, defect, or local requirement.

Trailer Shortlist Reviews

A Trailer Shortlist Review is an educational comparison of one tow vehicle and up to three public trailer listings, based on information the buyer supplies and publicly available specifications. It is not a physical inspection, appraisal, engineering opinion, or approval that a truck-trailer combination is safe or legally compliant. Missing or uncertain information will be identified for verification rather than assumed.

Paid services and refunds

Availability and the final scope are confirmed before research begins. If Smart Trailer Buyer cannot complete a paid Trailer Shortlist Review, the review payment will be refunded in full. Once research has begun, change-of-mind refunds are not available. One written clarification or correction of a factual error is included. Additional research, listings, revisions, calls, or services require a separate agreement.

Delivery

The delivery target for a complete Trailer Shortlist Review is three business days after payment and receipt of a complete intake. Missing listings, vehicle details, or buyer responses may pause that timeline. Any material delay will be communicated by email.

Third-party services

Links to forms, downloads, social networks, products, dealers, or checkout providers are offered for convenience. Smart Trailer Buyer is not responsible for third-party availability, content, pricing, privacy, or performance.

Intellectual property

Smart Trailer Buyer branding, original checklists, videos, written guides, and website content may not be republished or sold without permission, except for personal use by the buyer who received them.
